Large parties– family reunions, birthday celebrations, wedding groups, and more– will feel right at home in these particular villas as the gourmet kitchen and spacious dining and living room areas provide plenty of room to stretch out and relax while still enjoying one another’s company. Try to visit Cabo every February and thoroughly enjoy the 3401 unit at Villa La Estancia. The unit itself is beautiful and so enjoy sitting on the terrace watching for whales and listening to the surf –

We loved the villa. The view has to be the best in town. We could live on the balcony!! We saw whales from our chairs, and we lived in the hot tub!

The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The villa is prettier in person than in pictures.

We were looking for a very low key relaxing week and having the amazing villa made it easy. I loved having all the essentials to cook with and the extras in the pantry.

I appreciated having lotion in the bathroom and loved the products in the shower. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Again, we truly loved our stay and would love to return. It was hard to come home to the cold weather.

This unit was amazing. Beautiful look and feel, fully stocked with bedding, towels, soap, hair dryers, etc. Great open living space combining the kitchen, dining room and living room, looking out at the ocean. We loved the easy walk out of the patio to the pool and the beach, and not far from all of the restaurants. Everyone in the family loved it. We will definitely be renting this unit again!!

The beach and pool views are amazing to wake up to! The villa is spacious and beautifully furnished. We only used two of the three bedrooms, but they were all set up nicely. It took us just a bit to get the hang of the primary TV, but then we loved all the options once we were used to it. Thank you Giovanni!

Thank you for facilitating our stay at Villa 3401. This was my second booking of Villa 3401. I am impressed with the new décor and updates. I loved that the neutral tones of the new furniture and fixtures didn’t take away from 180-degree view of the turquoise ocean. The view from this Villa is unreal (hence my 2024 rebooking). The new patio furniture is high-quality and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed. This Villa is unique as not all units at La Estancia offer a private patio jacuzzi. The jacuzzi overlooks the ocean and the rocks that surround the famous Arch (you need to take a boat to see the Arch).

A lovely, unexpected addition to our booking of Villa 3401 was our very own on site property manager and private concierge.

My understanding is that they are exclusive to Villa 3401 (separate from the resort itself) to assist guests with whatever they may need during the stay. For example, they can provide information and recommendations about the area or excursions, reservations, or transportation. They can even arrange a chef to prepare in-villa meals or for a romantic dinner on the beach. They seem to be knowledgeable and well-connected, so please utilize them for whatever you need, or want. Huge thank you to all for making our stay top notch.

The resort and its staff are unmatched in service and hospitality. Please extend my gratitude to the pool staff as well.
