Dear Guest:

We would like for you to take a moment of your valuable time to read Villa La Estancia’s Code of Conduct, which has been established for your convenience to assure you the most joyful and relaxing vacation while in Residence.

The resort will not be responsible for any guest injury from any cause whatsoever. Guest are responsible for their own safety at all times. Walk with caution on wet surfaces. Do not go barefoot at any time. Be especially careful on the beach. All beaches in Mexico are federal property and a very high degree of caution should always be exercised. Activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, boating, scuba diving, and snorkeling can create risks. Please be careful.

Visitors are welcome from 8 am to 8 pm and must be registered at the front desk. Visitors who are on the property after the designated time or who in the opinion of managing agent pose a security risk shall be required to leave the property immediately.

Please refrain at all times from using loud radios, CD players or any device that may cause a nuisance to other guests or owners on the premises.

Late charges in relation to room inventory items that are damaged or lost when discovery is made subsequent to departure.

Villa La Estancia will not accept liability for services provided by external companies.

For your convenience, there is a safety deposit box located in a closet of your Villa. The management will not be responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, and other valuables.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

We kindly remind you that the dress code for “La Casona,” our Steak House Restaurant, is casual elegance.

For safety reasons, glassware is prohibited in the pool and Jacuzzi areas. The pool is open for your enjoyment from 10 am to 11 pm

Please refrain from wearing swimming suits in the main lobby.

Please notice that smoking is not permitted within the units. Smoking in the units will result in a fine of $500 US to cover cleaning and sanitizing costs. Please contact the concierge for more information.

Cancellation Policy
If the event that Lessee cancels the Rental Agreement more than sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the Lease term, Lessee shall be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid minus a $200 processing fee.
If Lessee cancels the Rental Agreement for any reason less than sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the Lease term, no portion of the rent paid by Lessee shall be refundable or refunded; provided, however, in the event that Lessor is able to re-rent the premises for all or any portion of the term, then Lessee shall be entitled to a refund of the amount of rent actually collected by Lessor for the premises during the Term, minus a $500.00 processing fee. Lessor shall have no duty to attempt to re-rent the premises or to obtain any specific rent.
BECAUSE OF THE NON-REFUNDABLE NATURE OF THE DEPOSIT AND RENT, LESSOR RECOMMENDS THAT THE LESSEE(S) OBTAIN TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
