Sport fishing with the Rising Sun Charters in Cabo San Lucas

Our friendly bilingual (English / Spanish) captain and mate are here to assist you in hooking up and landing “the big one” while making your safety a priority.
Everything you need for fishing will be provided. This includes all fishing tackle, fishing licenses, fuel, and large coolers with purified ice. There is an air-conditioned salon, Sirius radio with CD player and I-pod jack, and an onboard bathroom. The Mate will gladly file any “keeper” fish for you once you return to the marina. He will put the meat in ziplock bags for you to take. Many restaurants in Cabo will prepare the fish for you for a nominal charge.
Remember, this is YOUR trip. Let the captain know if you have any special requests, he will be happy to accommodate you. For example, if you’d like him to stop for pictures by Arch Rock, plan to fish for specific species, or to try to avoid rough seas, just let him know. FYI, you don’t have to go miles offshore to catch fish, it’s your call.
General Information:
- Please try to be at the dock at least 15 minutes early. My captain will plan to meet you at the “B” dock gate (see below) about 5 minutes before departure.
- To get to the marina, it’s easiest to take a taxi to the “boat ramp” located beside Puerto Paraiso shopping mall and walk to the docks.
- The name of the boat is “Rising Sun” and again is located on the “B” dock, which is in the corner behind the mall by Ruth Chris across from Luxury Avenue.
