We recommend that you place your order as far in advance as possible and up to 72 hours before your delivery time. Orders submitted 24 hours or less prior to the delivery time will have a delivery charge of “same day delivery”.

We deliver to all of the above. However, there are some properties that do not grant access to outside vendors. If you are staying at one of these properties, you may have to meet us at the front gate to pick up your order.

We will deliver your groceries between 10 am to 9 pm. Please understand that at most properties, general check-in time is at 3 pm and there is a chance that we may not be allowed by your property to deliver and stock your groceries before that time. But we will try our very best to deliver everything before your arrival. If you are staying at a private villa or condo, you will need to provide us the contact information of the representative of whom you are renting your villa or condo from to coordinate with them your grocery delivery prior to your arrival.

All items are carefully picked and inspected during pick up and again when they are delivered. Upon delivery to your property, all items are then checked off one by one on your printed grocery list that will be left on your kitchen counter for you. If you are missing an item or an item is damaged beyond use, the person who placed the order must email us within 5 hours of delivery drop off to vacationstoreloscabos@gmail.com and we will replace the missing or damaged item.

Yes, we accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your delivery date. Cancellations must be made by email to vacationstoreloscabos@outlook.com by the person who placed the order. A refund minus 20% will be issued within 7 business days. No refunds will be issued to cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to delivery date.

Yes, you may! Please send us an email to vacationstoreloscabos@gmail.com with the changes. We will accept changes up to 48 hours prior to your delivery date.

For any additional items not included on your first order, you will need to submit a brand new order. Additional items need to be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to your grocery delivery date.

Yes! If you are ordering for the same day delivery, your order must be submitted by 8 am to be delivered by 7 pm the same day. There will be an additional surcharge of $15.00 USD added to your total. You will be notified if we cannot meet the 7 pm delivery time.

We only deliver to Cabo San Lucas, the Corredor, San Jose Del Cabo, Los Cerritos, Todos Santos, East Cape, Los Barriles, Sargento, Ventanas and La Paz.

We deliver 7 days per week from 10 am to 9 pm. For your convenience, we operate 365 days per year, which means that we will deliver all major holidays!

A) We accept PayPal which supports most credit/debit cards. If you wish to pay for your order with PayPal, please forward us your PayPal email address to forward you a PayPal invoice for your order.
B) We accept bank wire transfers which need to be submitted as soon as your order has been placed and funds need to be received prior to your delivery date. If you wish to pay for your order with a bank wire transfer, you will receive detailed instructions via email after the placement of your order.
