My sons, husband and I from the UK, just had the most amazing week in 1402. It feels like being in a 5 star spa hotel, with the luxury and independence of it being of our own full home. The support team for the villa both instantly available online and on site are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, the team managed to arrange and source everything we asked for. The villa manager greeted us with home made dips, chips and a drink as we arrived, explained everything to us, the onsite team connected with us personally sharing their contact details so we always had help if needed (which we didn’t as everything was amazing) but knowing help was there was wonderful. The villa itself was spotless, so comfortable. The view is incredible, the facilities onsite second to none. The resort is so incredibly high quality with truly friendly caring staff. I could not recommend the team, the villa or the resort more.

I just wanted to write as I realize that although you are all doing your jobs and I guess you do this every day,

I wanted you to know how much what you do means to those of us for who this is VERY special!!!!

Today Denise (you grocery delivery person made me feel very special doing a job no one has ever done for me, my shopping for my family. Yes I paid, but Denise made me feel of worth and she was so kind.

You all have been! You all helped me booking this trip of a lifetime In this amazing villa for my family following my Mum’s passing and her wish we spend one holiday feeling extra special and that is what you have all done for us.

This truly is very magical and I thank you all for supporting me and being so patient as I booked.

Great time had by all

I celebrated my 60th birthday here with my family, great vacation, great resort, great staff ! Limited beach/surf access for a few days or rough surf due to a hurricane offshore. Pool area got a little crowded. But we had a great relaxing vacation & plan on returning soon.
