GROUND FLOOR 3BR/4B 2,800 sq ft Villa steps from pool and beach! Nothing is more convenient for the family than walking off your patio directly into the expansive pool with a swim-up bar, cozy hot tub, or down to the beach. Great finishes with marble floors and granite counters. Four total beds (2 kings and 2 queens) with two pull-out sofas. Four bathrooms. Enjoy cooking your meals with a built-in grill and full kitchen, or visit the list of top restaurants nearby!
There is a master suite and guest suite each with a king-size bed, five-piece bathrooms, jacuzzi tubs, his/her sinks, and sliding doors to the patio. One of the master bedrooms also has a sofa bed. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom. All bathrooms have marble floors and granite counters. All of the bedrooms have a TV and there are Rokus available for smart TV apps.
The kitchen has an upgraded custom granite countertop bar along with all the appliances needed for home cooking – stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.
Other appliances include a coffee maker, blender, and full-size pantry. There is also a washer and dryer located off the kitchen for laundry. **The water is filtered and drinkable at La Estancia
The family room has a sofa bed along with two leather chairs and a TV. The dining table is large and seats six people. There is also a bathroom with a shower located off the family room.
The expansive patio has another dining table, lay-down beach chairs, and a built-in grill. You can walk directly from the patio to the pool or beach. One of the master bedrooms has two private patios not connected to the main patio.
A personal concierge is available to guests before and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and even shop for groceries! Extra charge for shopping and groceries.
The resort guests are offered all of the amenities of a 5-star resort, including 24-hour front desk service & security, concierge, a tour desk for excursions, maid service & amenities, room service for a charge, multiple restaurants on-site and next door, a business and fitness center, tennis courts, a beautiful pool and beachfront swimming area, and ocean view hot tubs. A new 31,000 European spa and fitness center is located next door, a must!
Guests will have access to the entire space except for the owner’s closet.

Beginning with the staff acknowledging us with a “welcome home” as we entered, we found the Villa La Estancia was indeed a great place for our family vacation. 6 adults, 2 young children and an infant found the location of this condo within the resort to be perfect- bottom floor, next to the pool. Replenishing drinks, having a snack, or making that bathroom run was so convenient. The condo itself is immaculately clean, with wonderful beds and nice linens. All around well appointed. The market on-site and the deli are surprisingly well stocked. Check these out before you make a run to an off-site grocery. The pool was clean and bright. The wonderful woman at the pool desk “dressed” our chaise each day- so nice! The beach is pretty, but the water is too aggressive for our children; adult men handled the surf fine. The view from the condo is gorgeous; the host was easily reached with questions. Had good tips for airport transportation and restaurants. No complaints at all! We will look forward to a return visit.
Spring Break 2019

This was our first trip to Cabo and I think we found our new favorite location for spring break. I also believe we were very fortunate to haven chosen this Condo. The location is absolutely perfect and only a few steps to the pool. This villa also provided the most beautiful sunrises right from the patio. Unbelievable! I should point out the amenities were perfect as well and the previous guests left plenty of cold beers for arrival… Thanks to whoever. :). Additionally, I should mention the beds were extraordinary. As a matter of fact, my wife now wants me to purchase a foam topper.. haha.. Going to the marina and shopping area was only a 15 minute walk down the beach, which we did quite often. Throughout our vacation we made stops at Tabasco Beach, The Office, and we enjoyed a really good cup of coffee (with Baileys) at the Sand Bar. Looking forward to returning in 2020… Thanks Rick.

This villa is in the best location. Steps away from the pool and ocean. This was our 3rd time time staying at Estancia and this was, by far the best villa we’ve stayed in. No complaints here! Will be back again.

This was our forth time in Cabo and our third time at Estancia. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Cabo. This was the first time we stayed on the ground floor and it was nice to walk out the back and go to the pool and beach and use our patio when we wanted to get out of the sun for a bit. Will definitely be back soon.
