Great Villa with Beautiful Views

This was our first time to stay at Villa La Estancia and we were very impressed. The resort is meticulously maintained, and the staff provided great service. We stayed in oceanfront Villa 3301. The Villa was recently updated with beautiful new furniture and furnishings. The current pictures as of 1-16-2023 online show the old furniture. The unit is very spacious and has beautiful views. The was also our first time booking through Giovanni and Team (National Realty Group). They were great to work with and everything was as advertised. We had a wonderful family vacation. Thank You!
Beautiful property and panoramic villa 3301

Cabo La Estancia is a beautiful and well maintained property. Great location, as it’s only about a 10 minute walk down the beach to great bars and restaurants such as the Office, and it’s a little quieter than some of the resorts closer to downtown. We loved the panoramic villa 3301. Great service from the staff at La Estancia.

This trip was so great, we were so glad to be back in Cabo!!!!! Villa 3301 had amazing views, Samantha and your staff were so attentive making for a wonderful time.
As you know, this was our last high school spring break, now we can go when we want :-)

You cannot go wrong staying at this beautiful property or booking with Giovanni. He and his staff answer all emails in an extremely timely manner. They provide all the information you will need to make your stay a delight; from transportation, to dinner reservations, to having groceries in your villa upon arrival. An extra THANK YOU to Samantha for all your help! The staff at La Estancia are so friendly and always provide great service. This lovely, spacious villa provides beautiful views of the resort and the ocean. You will not be disappointed! This villa will meet all your expectations! We love Cabo, it is our happy place, we always have such a wonderful time, especially staying at Villa La Estancia. We will return!
