Absolutely loved Villa 3401! Have stayed at La Estancia several times, and this was by far the best. Giovanni made the booking/planning easy and hassle-free.
We had Samantha as our concierge and she was amazing…
Always attentive and handled everything we asked for promptly and always with a smile…she went the extra mile!!!
I brought my 3 college-age kids, and they loved the trip, something for everyone….fishing, sailing, snorkeling, whale watching….all set up for us, hassle-free by Samantha…
From the moment we got out of the car from the airport we were greeted with smiles and everyone ” welcoming us home”…and the whole trip was that way…..
Unbelievable views, rooms, and luxury…..rooms were cleaned every day, and every employee went out of their way to say hello and give you a smile…
I highly recommend this unit, Giovanni, Samantha, and the entire resort!!!!

Fabulous space and location!!!

The location of this Villa can’t be beaten, the view is perfect – and the resort is so close to town that you can walk there along the beach.
My family and I loved the Villa, we give it 5-stars and can offer nothing but positive remarks. The view couldn’t have been better! We were met with a welcome snack upon our arrival. It was great – we were all quite hungry after traveling so it was very much appreciated – perfect, thank you!
The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, as is the living space and kitchen. We loved all the outdoor seating – especially the lounge chairs! Having a private spa on the terrace is awesome and we loved the generously-sized dining table, too – we had a puzzle set-up on one end and could still seat our family for dinner on the remaining part of the table.
Samantha (our private concierge) was great, too, and made it clear she was there to help – we texted several times and she replied promptly.
We loved everything about our Villa and would surely stay there again!

Hi Giovanni,
A belated email to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in the Panoramic ocean front Villa 3401. As promised, it was fabulous and made our stay for our son’s wedding that much more special! The decor and location were fabulous and is was very comfortable. We had extra help from Jesu and friends, who bar tended, cooked and help to clean up after our families party at La Estancia. They could not have been nicer and so helpful with all the condo details.
We so enjoyed having Estaban & Lucas transport us roundtrip from the airport, with the extra stop at Costco. They are great guys and very pleasant!
Thank you for all your help and advice and if we should decide to return to Cabo again, you will be the first call!
