Giovanni, our family had the most amazing time in 1203 at La Estancia, it was nothing less than amazing! The attention to detail, the friendliness of the staff, the accommodations, and the beauty of the entire property is unparalleled. We will absolutely be back! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, including Samantha, who was incredible as our personal concierge. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, everything was taken care of by your Luxury Villa Rentals team. Transportation went smoothly both ways, so stress never entered the picture making our stay perfect from the beginning.

This unit is the best one I have stayed out within Villa Estancia, the unit has a phenomenal view of the arches/ocean and is very spacious with room for a larger group. The property managers were on top of everything with a smooth check in process and are very responsive.

Our villa set up was perfect for our family of 6. Open floor plan for kitchen, dining and living area. Beautiful views from balcony that looked right over the pool. Being on ground level for the resort and only having to go down 1 floor to the pool/ocean was easy peasy even with a stroller. No complaints!

Villa 1203 is incredible! A beautiful place for a relaxing vacation with plenty of space for a family or large group of friends. We loved having a large kitchen and en suite laundry! All of the bedrooms are spacious and nicely furnished.
The staff at La Estancia was great-from the ease of getting a taxi, fabulous waiters at the pool, and our wonderful concierge Samantha making reservations & ordering groceries prior to arrival made our trip! We will definitely be back!
