Villa La Estancia Cabo – Unit 1308

I have stayed at Villa La Estancia 3 separate times and it is one of the best resorts along Medano beach. The staff and facilities are first class. Unit 1308 is a great unit. It has two massive bedrooms and on suite bathrooms with a large living room, kitchen and 3rd bath in between. These are all connected by a massive balcony with great views of the bay. Would definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed at this resort many times. On this trip, we traveled with multiple family members & were happy we were able to get units close together. As always, each unit is comfortable, clean & well suited. It’s also convenient to have a full kitchen in each unit. Made our trip more enjoyable for the whole family!

As always, I enjoyed my time in Cabo, and in particular, I enjoyed staying at the Estancia again. My villa (1308) was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff here is always welcoming. A special shout out to the crew out front who helped us get taxis, directions, and recommendations. Service in this facility is perfect every time.

Very nice building and grounds, the condo was well appointed and the staff was amazing.

This is a fine property–what we expected to find. However, what we didn’t expect to fine is that the owner was outstanding, going overboard to help us. He not only had some basic provisions available to us, such as salt, pepper, catsup, mustard, vinegar, etc., but a whole array of spices. He assisted when I needed contact info and even had the boat broker call me to make arrangements for our yacht trip. We deeply appreciated his concern and care.
