This unit boasts designer décor that is both smart and timeless. The bright, airy atmosphere is highlighted by the ten-foot ceilings and the unit is not short on comfort thanks to the imported furnishings and designer linens. You’ll enjoy the special attention given to all the details within. The dark-stained woodwork is a perfect complement to the light-toned furnishings, walls and travertine marble floors, and the restraint used in the use of cheerful color enliven the interiors just enough to not compete with the direct view of Land’s End, which can be enjoyed from all the living spaces and terrace.

Immaculate Villa!

Kudos to Giovanni and the Villa La Estancia (VLE) team who were very quick to modify our reservation when Hurricane Hilary impacted our flight. He was able to shift our check-in and check-out by a day without any fees or penalties. THANK YOU! We have stayed in other condos at VLE but this one is the best to date. Positioned in the center of the property, the most notable distinction was the ability to sit out on the balcony without the Cabo sun forcing you to move. It’s pretty much shaded the entire day. The villa is very well-decorated, the beds are beyond dreamy, and it’s very well-stocked with everyday supplies. We love this unit and plan to rent it again in the near future. Thanks again to Giovanni for making the rental process flawless and thank you to our concierge, Sam, for helping us with our requests.

Stunning views & perfect for Wedding

We booked Villa 2502 & Penthouse 2801 for our wedding. This villa was everything we needed and more! Giovanni could not have made the booking process any easier or more enjoyable! We used 2502 for sleeping & getting ready in. It was a fantastic & roomy set up for all the girls. The balcony view made for beautiful pictures & was perfect for morning coffees. We used the penthouse for family & the penthouse balcony for the ceremony. The wedding coordinators, Perla & Abril, took care of everything & it was flawless! Reception on the beach below Estancia was the icing on the cake. Everything from the food to the hospitality was incomparable to anywhere else we’ve stayed. Fantastic job by the Villa Group! We will be back for more memories.
We had a great week at Villa La Estancia

The apartment was very comfortable and had a lovely view across the bay. We were there during Spring Break and so the property was busy, but it wasn’t a problem. We didn’t have any issues making dinner reservations and particularly enjoyed dinner at La Casona on our last night. While the pool was busy because of Spring Break, the staff was very helpful about bringing out extra chairs. All of the staff working at Villa La Estancia were extremely polite and friendly – thanks for helping us to have a fun vacation!
Amazing Villa / Breathtaking Views!

We can’t say enough about how wonderful Villa 2502 and our visit to Cabo was the end of October 2022! Everything was effortless and flawless- from booking with Giovanni, airport transportation with Victor, the beautifully decorated and appointed villa, and Samantha’s special touches for our daughter’s 16th birthday, it will truly be a trip not to be forgotten! The recommended activities and restaurants (thanks Samantha!) did not disappoint and we loved it so much, we are returning with two other families for Spring Break in April.
