Stayed in early January 2025

We are a family of four with older kids and stayed in the property for a few nights in early January 2025. The pictures provided of unit 1402 are accurate. The accommodations were great for us. We leveraged the concierge to stock our kitchen ahead of our arrival and that worked out wonderful. Beds were good, bathrooms perfect and the view on the balcony is why you go to Cabo. We had a wonderful trip and would recommend the property.

Better than the photos!

The condo was even better than the photos! The place is huge, well maintained, and well equipped but you will need to buy groceries for anything beyond salt & pepper. The staff at the resort are fantastic and very friendly. The pool area never felt crowded. It is walking distance to a few off-resort restaurants, but unless you like long treks, will need to taxi or drive to marina area.

Perfect for our families

The trip was great. The Villa was perfect, with a few missing things like dish soap and sponges, but otherwise Great.

The view and location cannot be beat. It was so nice to wake up and walk to the beach, right in the front porch.

We loved the Villa, it was just perfect for our families.

Great views and Relaxation!

The 4th floor location overlooks the pool and has ocean views. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the the calm waves of the ocean, doing yoga or playing cards, we even saw fireworks!. The villa is large and very roomie. The three bathrooms were great to have for the family of 5.

The service of the resort was very good!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Estancia! Our 11 day stay that included our 7 adult family members was amazing! Perfect view of every sunrise. Steps from the beach. The friendliest staff we’ve ever had at a resort. Walking distance to many restaurants in San Lucas. Plenty of golf courses within 40 minutes or less. Delicious food options on site. If you want the perfect home base for your visit to Cabo, this is the place. Thank you Giovanni!
