This villa/condo is a wonderful place to stay!

The online listing and photos are very accurate, and Giovanni was great about responding to questions. The concierge Samantha brought us guacamole, pico de gallo and margaritas when we checked in. The place was clean, and the location was ideal, overlooking the beach and the ocean. We lucked out that for the first 4 days, there were no cruise ships anchored offshore; on days 5 and 6, we had 2 huge ships blocking the gorgeous views and preventing us from seeing the whales just out from the shore, as we’d enjoyed while sitting on the balcony in the mornings. Of course, the setting is lovely, regardless…. The one thing I will mention that was annoying was that the neighboring resorts (part of the Villas complex) had LOUD music playing each night until about 11:00 PM. One of the things we loved about Estancia was that they never blast music at the guests! It would be better if the neighboring resorts kept the volume down and didn’t play the disco music that tourists seem to attract. It was loudest in the end bedroom, which has windows looking out to sea and is closest to the neighboring resort. We didn’t hear the music last year from a condo that was in the interior of the complex–but it was well worth it to have the great ocean views and sounds of the surf just outside our rooms! This place is absolute beautiful, the Villa is amazing, spacious, clean, gorgeous views all around! Pool and beach are perfect!! The most important thing, the service I was provided from Giovanni Giammarco and his stuff was outstanding from the beginning all the way to the end. Ive been to many places in Mexico but this one was by far the best experience all around for me and the kids. Cant wait to go back there and definitely recommend!!

We absolutely loved Villa La Estancia! The grounds were perfectly maintained and the views were amazing. The condo unit was very comfortable. A few amenities that are common at most other places we rent but were not included were everyday cleaning supplies: dish detergent, sponges, laundry detergent, glass cleaner, etc. Buying these things at the on-site store were expensive. Also, the minimal amount of flatware would not be adequate for a larger group of people than just the 2 of us. The toaster also did not work properly.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms provided plenty of space and towels. Being able to walk out from this unit directly to the pool side was especially appreciated! I am looking at having knee surgery so not climbing stairs — or having to always take an elevator was a real PLUS. The daily lizard visit outside the patio was fun! All of the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

Nothing but positive comments from time of booking to returning home. Condo has outstanding views..Great communication and assistance with booking vacation. Transportation from Victor on time. Great customer service from drivers explaining the area and answering all our questions. Won’t hesitate using this company for future trips.
