Villa La Estancia Cabo – Unit 3401

The beach and pool views are amazing to wake up to! The villa is spacious and beautifully furnished. We only used two of the three bedrooms, but they were all set up nicely. It took us just a bit to get the hang of the primary TV, but then we loved all the options once we were used to it. Thank you Giovanni!

Thank you for facilitating our stay at Villa 3401. This was my second booking of Villa 3401. I am impressed with the new décor and updates. I loved that the neutral tones of the new furniture and fixtures didn’t take away from 180-degree view of the turquoise ocean. The view from this Villa is unreal (hence my 2024 rebooking). The new patio furniture is high-quality and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed. This Villa is unique as not all units at La Estancia offer a private patio jacuzzi. The jacuzzi overlooks the ocean and the rocks that surround the famous Arch (you need to take a boat to see the Arch).

A lovely, unexpected addition to our booking of Villa 3401 was our very own on site property manager and private concierge.

My understanding is that they are exclusive to Villa 3401 (separate from the resort itself) to assist guests with whatever they may need during the stay. For example, they can provide information and recommendations about the area or excursions, reservations, or transportation. They can even arrange a chef to prepare in-villa meals or for a romantic dinner on the beach. They seem to be knowledgeable and well-connected, so please utilize them for whatever you need, or want. Huge thank you to all for making our stay top notch.

The resort and its staff are unmatched in service and hospitality. Please extend my gratitude to the pool staff as well.

Probably my favorite Villa Estancia unit we have stayed at in over the past 15 years. It is nice listening to the ocean and watching the sunrises. Great updates in this one. Thanks again to you and your team.

Took my wife, kids, and in-laws a week getaway to Cabo. We have stayed at Villa La Estancia multiple times, but never in 3401. From the moment we booked to the minute we left, the service from the Lux Villa team was on it. Making sure we had what we needed. Making sure we were OK. Referring to us good authentic food in town. The villa looked like it was just renovated and was very nice. Thank you Eduardo, Samantha, Denise, and Giovanni.

The views this penthouse has is amazing, with double-opening slider doors to bring the outside in! The kitchen is stocked with utensils and such to have small meals, and a large dining table is great for a larger group to eat at or play games In the evening. The bedrooms are spacious, 1 with a king bed and the other 2 rooms with double queens. We have just a few problems with the internet and plug outlets in the master bath, both were rectified after maintenance fixed them. The clothes dryer ran but did not dry our clothing. A side note; it is a hike to that last unit via four flights of stairs, or zig zagging through the hallways, so if you have special needs, keep this in mind.
