We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, we love the location and the rooms are really decent-sized and comfortable. I have gone through Expedia and the hotel directly to book the rooms in the past and this was the first time going through Giovanni. He made the process super simple and the place was very clean, not to mention we saved a decent amount of money not going through the other companies. The location of this room was probably one of the best, it overlooks the entire hotel and the Arches. I will be going through Giovanni every time we stay here again.

The villa was exactly as it appeared in the photos! Everything was clean and neat. The location of this villa is really conveniently located in town. The concierge was very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues we had. Overall, a perfect experience!

Stylish, luxurious vacation home with a wonderful balcony that runs the length of the unit and looks out directly to El Arco! Ideal location for those looking for a swimmable beach and close proximity to downtown without being in the party scene. Concierge service was impeccable, offering transportation, grocery services, and pretty much anything else you could ask for.
