This beautiful 2 bedroom / 3 bath Villa now features new designer decor including imported furniture, designer linens, and brand-new mattresses. With over 2,100 sq. ft. of living area located on the fifth floor, it features a direct ocean front view of Land’s End from every room.

This unit boasts designer décor that is both smart and timeless. The bright, airy atmosphere is highlighted by the ten-foot ceilings and the unit is not short on comfort thanks to the imported furnishings and designer linens. You’ll enjoy the special attention given to all the details within. The dark-stained woodwork is a perfect complement to the light-toned furnishings, walls and travertine marble floors, and the restraint used in the use of cheerful color enliven the interiors just enough to not compete with the direct view of Land’s End, which can be enjoyed from all the living spaces and terrace.

We were very pleased!

We rented this villa for a quick 3 day trip to Cabo and were very pleased. The decor and furnishings were impeccable and the kitchen was well stocked. Samantha was great. Everything we requested she took care of. She arranged a private chef for two of our meals, a beautiful floral arrangement to be delivered and provided recommendations for boat rides to El Arco. We also used their recommended private transportation (Victor’s transport) which was amazing as well. The chef service (Garambullo) was phenomenal and each course was delectable. Giovanni and Samantha were quick to handle one minor issue we had which was much appreciated. Lastly, our only suggestion would be to have additional pillows on the beds if possible. We would definitely rent this unit again and we are looking to rent a larger villa this November and will be reaching out to Giovanni.
Great Villa and property in Cabo!

We like Villa La Estancia because it is an upscale property, right on Medano Beach and you can walk to everything, yet it is far enough away from the party scene if you want peace and quiet. The unit is nicely decorated and well equipped, with great views. The beds are very comfortable. We would enjoy staying in this particular unit again!
Definitely a five-star vacation

We have been to Villa La Estancia several times but on this trip, we decided to make one change and that was to rent our villa from Giovanni at Cabo La Estancia.
We stayed in a beautiful villa with the best terrace and view we have had to date. It was perfect for two couples and any request was taken care of promptly.
Such things as having our villa stocked ahead of time with some grocery items and our favorite beverages gave us more time at the pool.
We requested villa cleaning at a certain time of day and that is exactly when it was cleaned. The Cabo La Estancia website has beautiful pictures and descriptions of the villas plus working with Giovanni and Samantha made our vacation very enjoyable.
They will also assist with arranging activities and restaurant reservations. Definitely a five-star vacation!!!

The first thing you notice when walking into Villa 2502 is the wonderful view of the ocean and Land’s End from every room. The second thing you notice is the beautiful
decor of this Villa. The third thing you notice is the expansive balcony with a wet bar and upscale furnishings. Our stay at this Villa for nine nights was our favorite after
three previous visits to Villa La Estancia at different Villas. This was our first time working with Giovanni and Samantha and we highly recommend their services and Villa
2502.
Very relaxing!

Our recent stay at Villa La Estancia was very relaxing. This was our first time back at La Estancia since the covid outbreak.
They have done an amazing job of keeping everything clean and maintaining a safe environment.
The entire staff at La Estancia are always so friendly and helpful. We have been coming here for more than 12 years.
Giovanni Giammarco (Cabo La Estancia) has always been awesome to work with when booking and planning our stay.
He ensures everything is perfect for us prior to and during our stay and provides us with a private Concierge, Samantha.
I highly recommend staying at La Estancia and booking your stay with Giovanni and his staff at Cabo La Estancia.
