The spacious balcony terrace provides both sun and shade throughout the day as well as a large granite table that seats up to eight, a wet bar with a refrigerator, a gas grill, and chaise lounges.
Luxurious features abound in this beautiful penthouse-style, oceanfront villa, including cream-colored travertine marble floors, mosaic tile, beautiful custom entry door, and kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings in living areas, zoned central air & heat, ceiling fans in bedrooms and on the terraces, large custom closets, and dressing areas, electronic security box, two-line telephones (including 1 Vonage line), and high-speed Internet connection.
In keeping with the most luxurious hotels and resorts, we provide a personal ‘Concierge’ who can assist you in making dinner reservations; coordinate grocery delivery prior to your arrival; arrange for in-unit, private chef services; coordinate sight-seeing and or tourist activities during your stay; ensure the bar is stocked with soft drinks, mixers, beer, and wine and our Concierge will happily assist with anything you may require to help make your holiday both enjoyable and memorable.
Additional luxury amenities include a swim-up bar at the resort’s heated pool, room service, an on-call physician, and a resort business center.

Villa La Estancia Penthouse Suite 1502 offers an extraordinary retreat with its spacious, elegantly designed interiors and breathtaking ocean views. The Penthouse private terrace is ideal for enjoying picturesque sunsets. Our adventure was elevated by a day with Wide Open Baja, which provided thrilling off-road experiences, New Sun Rising Sportfishing, which delivered an exceptional fishing excursion and a morning of kayaking and snorkeling. Garumbullo Catering’s gourmet meal of our fresh catch perfectly complemented the last night of our stay with dinner served on the terrace. With attentive staff and top-tier amenities, this place is a true gem. Thanks to Giovanni, Samantha, Victor, and the staff at La Estancia, you provided us with an experience of a lifetime…Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable getaway!
50th Anniversary Vacation

My siblings and I wanted to create a lasting memory for our parents. Our parents celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary this year and we are truly grateful for the experience of Villa 1502 to gather and honor their marriage. The staff, setting, views, accommodations and bookable experiences La Estancia had to offer made this trip one we will remember forever. We were able to cater-in a special evening dinner, order our groceries to the Villa and schedule cleanings based on our schedule. 12 out 10 stars to the hospitality staff who assisted in planning this vacation. Every detail was knocked out of the park. I have two small children and an infant and was able to request and rent all their needs in advance. Thank you for making our staff so care-free and enjoyable. From my 75 year old father to my 7 month old son…and all ages in between, Thank you Villa 1502 and Thank you La Estancia. Gracias. My family recently enjoyed a luxurious and relaxing stay in Villa 1502 at Cabo La Estancia. The villa is five-star – very well-appointed, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, a large and inviting living space, and the terrace was simply breathtaking. Wrap around views of the coastline, the famous Cabo Arch, and the expansive turquoise waters where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean meet. We spent many hours on the terrace, watching the sun rise, taking in the sun-filled view, enjoying the sea breeze, and sipping a cool cocktail. It was a week we soon won’t forget, and we feel lucky to have experienced such a beautiful place. Highly, highly recommend!
