The spacious balcony terrace provides both sun and shade throughout the day as well as a large granite table that seats up to eight, a wet bar with a refrigerator, a gas grill, and chaise lounges.
Luxurious features abound in this beautiful penthouse-style, oceanfront villa, including cream-colored travertine marble floors, mosaic tile, beautiful custom entry door, and kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings in living areas, zoned central air & heat, ceiling fans in bedrooms and on the terraces, large custom closets, and dressing areas, electronic security box, two-line telephones (including 1 Vonage line), and high-speed Internet connection.
In keeping with the most luxurious hotels and resorts, we provide a personal ‘Concierge’ who can assist you in making dinner reservations; coordinate grocery delivery prior to your arrival; arrange for in-unit, private chef services; coordinate sight-seeing and or tourist activities during your stay; ensure the bar is stocked with soft drinks, mixers, beer, and wine and our Concierge will happily assist with anything you may require to help make your holiday both enjoyable and memorable.

My family recently enjoyed a luxurious and relaxing stay in Villa 1502 at Cabo La Estancia. The villa is five-star – very well-appointed, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, a large and inviting living space, and the terrace was simply breathtaking. Wrap around views of the coastline, the famous Cabo Arch, and the expansive turquoise waters where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean meet. We spent many hours on the terrace, watching the sun rise, taking in the sun-filled view, enjoying the sea breeze, and sipping a cool cocktail. It was a week we soon won’t forget, and we feel lucky to have experienced such a beautiful place. Highly, highly recommend!

Run don’t walk to book it now. So spacious and so so clean. We were really amazed at the high-end furnishings, the stocked bar, and the offerings of kitchen items. The view from the terrace cannot be beaten. We spent every morning there watching the sunrise from the hot tub with our coffee. It’s also very family-friendly. Our 6-month-old son stayed with us and he loved it all as well. Giovanni and Samantha were helpful the entire time we were there and consistently in communication with us. There were a few bumps along the way but both Giovanni and Samantha worked quickly to resolve and followed up to ensure we were satisfied. We will definitely be back in Cabo and we will definitely be booking with Giovanni again!

Our family loved this penthouse. The location and the staff were lovely. The penthouse location is fantastic because you get sun all day! There were refreshments already stocked and our cleaning staff was the best. This is the only place we would stay in Villa La Estancia! Thank you for a beautiful and memorable vacation for our whole family
