PH 1806 offers the spaciousness and comfort of a home with the conveniences and amenities of a 5-star, full-service resort.
The unit features an open floor plan and a massive outdoor living space with tropical gardens at every turn. Extensive renovations to the unit were completed in 2022 along with all new furnishings, appliances, and décor. The primary bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and dual sink vanity, also has a den which can be used for an extra private bedroom with a king pull-out sofa, desk, and armoire. The second primary bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, features a king bed and a king sleeper sofa. The third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and 2 king bedrooms as well as a concierge closet with amenities for guests to use (golf clubs, pool toys, and baby supplies). The villa also includes a fourth full bathroom for guests to use.
Prepare a memorable meal in the gourmet kitchen or let us arrange for a private chef to do it for you. The spacious living and dining areas are perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The dining table can seat up to 10 people.

Hello Giovanni & Team,
We had a wonderful second stay at Villa La estancia in penthouse 1806. It’s so awesome upon arrival to be greeted with the margaritas and snacks.
Everyone’s always hungry when we land and it is great to have something there to curb our appetites until dinner. It’s a very special touch.
We find we spend most of our time out on the deck because of the gorgeous views day and night. (an outdoor TV would be icing on the cake😉)
We also appreciate the full kitchen because we tend to have breakfast and lunch there and then make our way to a restaurant for dinner.
There were six of us staying there, and we felt really comfortable in terms of space. It really is like a nice sized home with the indoor/outdoor space.
Everything was wonderful. We are already talking about returning again next year, so hopefully it works out!
2nd stay in penthouse 1806

We had a wonderful stay at Villa La estancia in early June. It was our second time and we stayed five nights which was perfect. We spent a lot of time as a family in our penthouse suite because the deck and the views are so gorgeous with several different seating options and a hot tub overlooking the water. We also appreciate having a full kitchen since we like to have easy breakfasts and lunches and then usually go out for dinner. There was so much space for six of us, so we were very comfortable. It was easy to have some privacy if you choose. It was a very memorable family trip.

Our stay in villa 1806 was wonderful – thank you for making it so! I was nervous you sold the Penthouse a few months ago and our booking was rolled over to your company,
but it turns out to have been a great change – your team is the best.
The villa itself was lovely and comfortable; VLE was welcoming and beautifully maintained and every staff member we encountered was incredible –
very hospitality oriented – we were so impressed.
