Not the usual 2 bed/2 bath unit… It’s ground floor with a spacious split living room area. There is a beautiful wood pocket door that separates the two sides of the living room, when closed it creates the second bedroom. In the cabinetry is a pull down queen sized murphy bed (just pull the two knobs toward you exposing the bed and flip the support rail down on the foot of the bed). The curtains in that area are blackout curtains. The loveseat is a twin pull out sofa bed as well. When that room is closed off and the pocket door is closed just put the coffee table in front of the pocket door.
The patio is a nice size with beautiful garden and ocean views. It is mostly shaded and allows for comfortable outside seating. There’s a ratan patio set with sunbrella cushions and table as well as two tall top chairs with matching cushions. We have a chest freezer that fits nicely on the patio as well as a propane grill and outside storage locker for tools, beach items, etc.
The kitchen is well stocked and has a UV and canister water filtration system that supplies the kitchen sink and the refrigerator ice/water dispenser. The electric panel has recently been replaced and updated.
The bathrooms (2) each have electric water heaters under the vanity. There are water shut off valves in each bathroom as well. There is a custom made cabinet in the master bathroom with ample storage for toiletries and/or towels.
The Master bedroom has a large slider/window with a pretty floral garden view. There is a king sized bed and a large beautiful carved wood chest for storage of bedding, etc, as well as a clothes closet and armoire. Additionally we have a nice size safe for securing personal items. There is a full sized stack washer/dryer.
