Each Owner receives 7 guaranteed weeks of annual use, including 2 rotating Priority Weeks and 5 Floating Weeks, with the flexibility to reserve additional stays at preferred Owner rates when available. When you’re not using your residence, you may participate in the optional Oasis rental program, creating the opportunity to generate rental income while professional management coordinates reservations, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and property care.
